PUBLIC NOTICE
Delta Brick & Climate Company; 1825 Latina Dr. Montrose, CO 81401; [phone],
has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation
Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the
Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The
proposed mine is known as the Two Sheep for One Brick Mine and is located at or near
the NE Quarter of Section 33, Township 12 South, Range 89 West, 6th PM.
The proposed date of commencement is October 25th 2020, and the proposed date of
completion is December 28th 2025. The proposed future use of the land is the collection
of up to 5 acre feet of clay sediment as feedstock for ceramic manufacturing.

copy of the application is available at the above-named County Clerk and Recorder's
office and at the Division's office.
Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be
received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p.m., 10 days after
the publication of this notice, or the next regular business day.
