(TC). The photos were taken by Brock Bowles on 10/1 and the inspection report was written by <br /> Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining,and Safety(Division)on 10/2. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds on-site appear low or dry. Ponds F and G in photo above are holding very little water.The three photos <br /> below include the 6MN reservoir and the 4 passive treatment ponds. The ponds are receiving water from <br /> underground workings and discharging to 6MN,a non-discharging pond. Vegetation in the first pond is spare and <br /> slopes around ponds had little vegetation take over the 2020 summer. The slopes of the passive treatment ponds <br /> should be reseeded this fall. <br />
