Lorencito Drill Agreement <br /> for use as monitoring wells will be constructed per Rule 14 of the 2 CCR 402-2 <br /> Water Well Construction Rules. <br /> 13.Hill Ranch seed mix to be used for reclaiming drill hole sites; <br /> NECC proposes to use the rangeland seed mix currently approved by Colorado <br /> Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety used to reclaim the New Elk Mine <br /> which is identical to the Hill Ranch seed mix.
