Second Adequacy Review Response. Dear Clayton, Enclosed is a revised minor revision (MR-178) package incorporating modifications to Illustration #60 Addendum I, and Map 162 as requested in the Second Adequacy Review letter dated September 29, 2020. Rule 4.05 and 4.10.3—HydrolojZic Balance and Water Control Measures Hydrology for RP-A and Pond (Illustration 60) 1. In Table 1 of the addendum (page 2), there appears to be a mistake. For the 100-year flow for the pre Mr-178 results, the value should be 77 cfs, not 79 cfs. This is based on the approved Illustration 60 in the PAP. Deserado Mine Response: Deserado has submitted a revised Addendum 1 that reflects the corrected Table 1 as requested. 2. In the approved Illustration 60, there is a discussion of how Red Wash Reservoir#2 reduces settleable solids concentrations to below the permitted limit of 0.5 ml/L. This is an important discussion. However, it is not included in the proposed Addendum 1. This discussion should be retained. Deserado Mine Response: Deserado has submitted a revised Addendum 1 that includes the discussion as requested. 3. On proposed Map 162, the drainage ditches on the side of RP-A are not illustrated in Cross Section A. They should be shown in this section.
