1.7.1 Public Notification Permit Renewal/Revision for 2018-2022 Term
<br /> The following notice is to inform the public of a permit renewal for the Trapper Mine.
<br /> PUBLIC NOTICE
<br /> Trapper Mining Inc. intends to revise its surface coal mining permit (CDMG Permit No. C-1981-010, approved
<br /> 1/1/13) to project future permit term activities (2018 to 2022). This action is being proposed as permit renewal
<br /> RN-07. The present permit allows for a pond spillway and flume to be within 100 feet of a section of County
<br /> Road 107. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder
<br /> initiate from this date of filing. Trapper Mine is located 6%2 miles south of Craig, Colorado. The specific area to
<br /> which this proposed permit revision applies is:
