C� <br />3.2.3 Re lacemenc <br />To the extent possible, all topsoil salvaged according to Section 3:2.1 is <br />replaced on regraded spoils. Before such topsoil is replaced, the regraded <br />spoils are scarified if needed to relieve compaction. <br />Topsoil is transported to the replacement area and redistributed using scrapers <br />or other similar equipment. The topsoil is distributed in approximately even <br />thicknesses consistent With post -mining land use objectives, contours and surface <br />water drainage systems.
