This <br /> has been in the form of a notice in the Summit County Journal once a week for four consecutive <br /> weeks. Proof of this publication from said newspaper is attached to this letter. <br /> Furthermore, a copy of the notice provided to the Summit County Journal was mailed to owners <br /> of all land surface within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected lands. Proof of this mailing, in <br /> the form of United States Postal Service tracking information including Certified Mail outgoing <br /> receipts and Return Receipts is attached to this letter.
