During <br /> review of the material submitted,the Division determined that the following issue(s) of <br /> concern shall be adequately addressed before the application can be considered for <br /> approval. <br /> Exhibit D <br /> 1. Pursuant to Rule 6.3.4(d)/(e) describe the pond/sediment control features that <br /> will remain post-reclamation. <br /> Description added to D and E. <br /> 2. With regards to Rule 6.3.4(2) clarify that no bond is required for this site pursuant <br /> to C.R.S. 34-32.5-110(6) since the Operator is the City of Grand Junction <br /> Statement revised. <br /> Exhibit L <br /> 3. Rule 6.3.12. Blank structure agreements were included however there is no proof <br /> that the agreements were ever sent. Please provide proof that agreements were <br /> mailed and an attempt to complete the structure agreements was made prior to <br /> the engineering evaluation. <br /> Agreements included. <br />
