<br />Manager of the CRAIG PRESS, that the same daily
<br />newspaper printed, in whole or in part and published in the
<br />County of Moffat, State of Colorado, and has a general
<br />circulation therein; that said newspaper has been
<br />published continuously and uninterruptedly in said County
<br />of Moffat for a period of more than fifty-two consecutive

<br />Notice is hereby given of the filing of a Technical
<br />Revision 142 (TR-142) to the Colowyo Coal
<br />Mine, Mining Permit No. C-1981-019, by the Colo-
<br />wyo Coal Company L.P., 5731 State
<br />Highway 13, Meeker, CO. 81641, with the Colorado
<br />Division Reclamation Mining and Safety,
<br />Colorado Department of Natural Resources,. 1313
<br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado
<br />80203. TR-142 provides the as -built configuration
<br />of the Stoker Siding Pond.
<br />All of the areas to be affected by this Technical Revi-
<br />sion are owned by Colowyo Coal Company
<br />L.P., Axial Basin Coal Company, the Bureau of
<br />Land Management, and the Colorado State Land
<br />Board, and are located approximately 28 miles
<br />south of Craig, Colorado, west of Colorado State
<br />Highway 13 and west of Moffat County Road 51.
<br />The affected area can be located on U.S. Geologi-
<br />cal Survey 7.5-minute quadrangle map Nos.
<br />N4015-W11245/7.5 (Axial, Colorado) and N4007.5-
<br />W1124517.5 (Ninemile Gap, Colorado) and
<br />is more particularly described as follows:
<br />All or portions of Sections 2-6, 7-11, 14-22, and 28-
<br />30 of Township 3 North, Range 93 West, all
<br />or portions of Sections 13, 15-18, 20-24, 26-30,
<br />and 31-34 of Township 4 North, Range 93, all or
<br />portions of Sections 1-3, 10-12, and 14-15 of
<br />Township 3 North, Range 94 West, and all or
<br />portions of Sections 12, 13, 18, 23-27, and 34-36
<br />of Township 4 North, Range 94 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Moffat County and Rio Blanco County,
<br />Colorado.
<br />A precise description of the Permit Boundary can
<br />be found in Volume 16, Exhibit 1, Item 13 of
<br />the permit document and is included herein by ref-
<br />erence.
<br />A copy of the application for the Technical Revision
<br />is on file at the Moffat County Clerk and
<br />Recorder's Office in the Moffat County Courthouse
<br />located at 221 West Victory Way, Craig,
<br />Colorado, 81625. Questions concerning this Techni-
<br />cal Revision should be directed to Tony

<br />State Generation and Transmission Association

<br />Any person having an interest concerning this Tech-
<br />nical Revision has the right to provide written
<br />comments or objections concerning this Technical
<br />Revision to the Colorado Division
<br />Reclamation Mining and Safety at the address not-
<br />ed aboveComments to the Division must be
<br />made within 10 days after the publication of this no-
<br />tice.
