Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection by Leigh Simmons of the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and <br /> Safety(Division).The inspection was accompanied by Doug Smith of Oxbow Mining,LLC. (Oxbow).The <br /> weather was warm,dry and clear,with a little smoke from wildfires in the air. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Oxbow had contracted with Tribble & Sons Construction,LLC,of Hotchkiss,CO,to complete the <br /> reclamation of the Terror Creek loadout to its approved post-mining land use configuration.
