Craig, Colorado 81626 Re: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit No. C-81-010 Permit Revision PR-9 (970)824-4401 The Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (CDRMS) recently approved the above -referenced revision. The CDRMS decision form is enclosed. We sent you a complete application package for this renewal/revision under cover of March 14, 2018. Since that time, however, many changes have been made to both text and maps. The list below shows the permit materials that have been updated through correspondence with CDRMS. Prior versions of these pages previously submitted may be discarded as necessary with updated versions included with this correspondence. Some attached pages are new due to changes made during the revision process. Several maps were also updated and or created during this process and are being sent to replace material sent in the original package. Updated Appendix A and Appendix Q materials are also included as outlined below. The following enclosed permit pages originally submitted to you with PR-9 have been modified and should be replaced in your originalpy of the PR-9 permit document before replacing the same pages in the Trapper Permit: i-7, i-14, 1-31 to 1-36, placeholder page 1-37 to 1-59, 3-13 (Table 3.1-3), 3-15, 3-15b, 3- 27a, 3-40b, 3-42, 3-45, 4-174 (Table 4.8-2) and 4-175 (Table 4.8-2a) The following enclosed permit pages were modified since the original PR-9 submittal and should replace the same pages in the Trapper Permit: i-5, iii-10, 1-5 to 1-6, 1-7 to 1-7c, 1-9, 2-462n, 2-520xx (new permit page), placeholder page 2- 520yy to 2-520zz, 2-523z (new permit page), 2-524h (new permit page), 3-43b to 3-43c (new permit pages), and 4-101
