Box 187
April 1, 2020
TRAPPER MINING INC.
Craig, Colorado 81626
Ms. Robin Reilley
Environmental Protection Specialist
Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Re: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit No. C-1981-010
Technical Revision, TR-124, Response to Adequacy Review No. 2
Dear Ms. Reilley:
(970) 824-4401
Enclosed are two copies of our response to your Adequacy Review 92 letter of March 30, 2020
to Trapper's Technical Revision TR-124 application. Please provide updated profiles for any cross -sections affected by PMT changes,
and specifically cross-section E142600.
Trapper Response to Comment 6a: The area where the temporary spoil pile will be placed is
currently part of a Phase III bond -released area. The AOC of the area was long ago approved as
part of the phased bond release process. Thus, we should not be comparing the current AOC
against pre -mining topography. The aforementioned cross-section lines up with the temporary
spoil stockpile area specifically. Trapper's plan is to utilize the area for a temporary spoil storage
area that would be removed and placed back into N Pit when mining is finished. It is our intent to
reclaim the area essentially as it is now. The cross-section at E1,426,000 shows the pre -mine
