Trapper has provided an amended Agapito's <br /> geotechnical investigation to include a two dimensional slope stability analysis with a resultant safety factor of 1.6 <br /> which is greater than the minimum requirement of the above mentioned rule. Please have Trapper provide additional detail and information to ensure there will be enough material to <br /> backfill and regrade both the A Pit and N Pit as proposed. Trapper has provided a balance sheet between <br /> expected excess spoil amount and backfill volumes. Trapper should have sufficient spoil to backfill and regrade <br /> both the A and N Pit as proposed. This item has been satisfied. <br /> 5.
