SWMM water quality requirements will be achieved through the installation of the berms,
the resultant ponds which they create, and the proposed outlet works for the ponds. Both
ponds (West Pond & East Pond)discharge into the Unnamed Creek. In turn the Unnamed
Creek discharges to the Gunnison River approximately 1,200 feet downstream of the
property boundary. Orifice holes within the outlet structure weir plate are provided to allow
the WQCV to drain the ponds in less than 48 hours. Runoff from the 10-year and 100-
year design storms will pass over the weir plates.
d. This application is for reclamation only and no wildlife statement is needed.
