PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Moffat County Mining, LLC (MCM), 29515 Routt County Road 27, Oak Creek,
<br />Colorado 80467, has submitted an application for Technical Revision (TR20-38) of the
<br />existing active Mining and Reclamation Permit (Permit Number C-81-044) for the
<br />Williams Fork Mines to correct the disturbance area delineation and updates to the
<br />reclamation plan.
<br />The mine permit area encompasses approximately 6,361 acres, located approximately 6-7
<br />miles south of Craig, Colorado on both sides of State Highway 13. The Mine is
<br />designated under "Temporary Cessation" permit status since active mining or reclamation
<br />activities are not occurring on site and current activities are limited to environmental
<br />monitoring and maintenance of the existing lands and facilities. The Mine Permit Area is
<br />covered by the Round Bottom and Castor Gulch, Colorado USGS 7.5-minute quadrangle
<br />maps and includes approximately four miles of State Highway 13, beginning in the
<br />SW'/4SW'/4 Section 21, T6N, R91W, and extending through portions of Sections 20, 29,
<br />30, and 31 of T6N, R91 W, and Section 6, T5N, R91 W. The ownership, precise location,
<br />and boundaries of lands within the Permit Area are identified on pages 2.03-22 through
<br />2.03-31, 2.03-34, and Maps 1 and 2 of the Permit Application Package (PAP), which is
<br />available for review in the Moffat County Clerk and Recorders Office. The Permit Area
<br />encompasses all or portions of T5N, R91 W, Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8; T6N, R91 W;
<br />Sections 17, 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33; T5N, R92W, Section 1; and T6N,
<br />R92W, Sections 25, 26, 35, and 36.
<br />Copies of the PAP (less confidential materials) are available for inspection at the above
<br />address and the office of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety. A
<br />copy of the Technical Revision application is also available for public inspection at the:

<br />Written comments or objections to the Technical Revision application should be
<br />submitted to the State of Colorado, Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313
