C O L O R A D O Application for Livestock Water Tank <br />Division of Water Resources and Erosion Control Dam <br />" Department of Natural Resources <br />DRS-11(01/2020) <br />Application Instructions <br />For Livestock Water Tank Applications: For Official Use Only <br />This application is required per Section 35-49-106, Receipt/Priority WDID: <br />C.R.S. and must be submitted electronically to the Number: <br />State Engineers Office Online Form Submission Email <br />account DWRPermitsOnlineCstate.co.us a minimum Payment Reference Number: <br />of 45 days prior to construction. A filing fee of $15.00 <br />is required for Livestock Water Tanks unless the dam Date Received: Date Approved: <br />vertical height does not exceed 5 feet and the <br />structure impounds less than 2 acre feet of water.
