No water appeared to be flowing in any of the ditches at the <br />time of the inspection. <br />TOPSOIL -Rule 4.017 <br />Removal4.017.2; Substitute Materials 4.017.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.017.3; Redistribution 4.017.4: <br />o Most topsoil has been spread where required. Topsoiling and seeding in the bottomlands along the <br />Williams Fork River is completed, with the exception of 35 acres to the north west.
