8. PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 9 of the Lease, with respect to the
Equipment, Lessor shall file all personal property tax declarations and Lessee shall promptly reimburse Lessor for
personal property tax, unless agreed to otherwise in writing and through the execution of a Power of Attorney or similar
form acceptable by the local jurisdiction allowing Lessee to file and pay on behalf of Lessor.
9. SCHEDULE OF STIPULATED LOSS VALUES. This Schedule of Stipulated Loss Values shall be applicable
solely to the Equipment described in this Equipment Schedule.
