proceeding and satisfy any order or judgment against the Lessor Indemnified Parties resulting therefrom. I£any liability, loss, damage, cost or expense is suffered by Lessee under clause (ii) above, Lessor shall promptly reimburse Lessee for each and every such liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including, without limitation, interest, fines, penalties, costs of preparation and investigation, and the reasonable fees of attorneys and other professional advisors). This indemnity shall survive the expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement. (b) Lessor shall indemnify and save harmless Lessee, its affiliated companies, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and invitees (the "Lessee Indemnified Parties") against and from any and all liability, loss (which shall include any diminution in value), claims, expenses or actions, regardless of when made, by and on behalf of Lessee or any person, firm, corporation, or governmental agency, arising from or growing out of or in connection with: (i) damage to property (including Lessee's property) or injury to persons (including death) caused by or sustained as a result of Lessor's activities on, within or near the Leased Premises; (ii) any inaccuracy or breach of any representation or warranty or non-fulfillment of any covenant made by Lessor herein; and (iii) any default related to or arising from the execution and delivery of this Agreement without the prior approval, authorization or consent of any third party. If any action or proceeding is brought against any of the Lessee Indemnified Parties by reason of any such claim under clause (i) above, Lessor will, at its expense, resist and defend such action or proceeding and satisfy any order or judgment against the Lessee Indemnified Parties resulting therefrom.
