lines, stock piles, slurry ponds, water treatment facilities and other purposes in connection with the mining and removal of coal from the Leased Premises; (d) the right to store refuse in accordance with applicable law from any coal produced by Lessee on the surface and in the workings and passageways of the Leased Premises; (e) the right to utilize so much of the stone, sand, water and timber situate on the Leased Premises as may be necessary or convenient for Lessee's mining operations; (f) the right (to the extent permitted by law) to remove all of the mineable and merchantable coal within and underlying the Leased Premises without leaving any subjacent support for the overlying strata and without being liable for any damages, which may be caused by the removal of all of such coal to the overlying or underlying strata therein or thereon or to any objects or structures thereon; (g) the right to subside the surface and overlying strata without r liability therefore; (h) the right to damage or destroy any timber on the Leased Premises which damage or destruction is occasioned by Lessee's mining operations and other activities in connection therewith on the Leased Premises; (i) the right to mine coal from the Leased Premises without maintaining barrier pillars between the Leased Premises and any adjacent or contiguous property which may now or at some future time be owned, leased or controlled by Lessee, provided that the owners of such adjacent or contiguous property also consent in writing to waive their rights with respect to the maintenance of barrier pillars; and 0) the right to transport and process over, under, through and across the Leased Premises coal mined from premises other than the Leased Premises and men, materials, supplies and equipment in connection with mining on the Leased Premises or any other lands, free of any wheelage fee or other charge.
