The inspection is a result of aerial photos taken by Brock <br /> Bowles of CDRMS on 9/3/2020, downloading the images on 9/4/2020, and Janet Binns of CDRMS evaluating <br /> them on 9/11/2020. <br /> The weather conditions appear clear and dry based upon the images. <br /> -Revised 9/14/2020 jhb <br /> AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION-Rule <br /> The operator is using a water truck on the roads during the topsoil moving operation. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond 13 was holding a full pool of water. Pond 15 was dry. Pond 18 was dry. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS- <br /> The irrigated cropland (Morgan property) is currently planted to the rotation crop. Portions of the field are patchy, <br /> though much of the field has good vegetative coverage. The aerial photo helps illustrate the drainage pattern of <br /> the field. The west portion of the field drains to the Northwest corner and is handled by an SAE. The eastern <br /> portion of the field drains mostly to Pond 16.
