These data
originate from the analysis of surface water samples collected in August 2020 at the Schwartzwalder Mine,
monitoring station SW -BPL. Ralston Creek was dry at the upgradient sample location SW-AWD during August
2020 and was not sampled. However, Ralston Creek was flowing at the downgradient sample location SW -BPL
and a sample was collected. Review of the data indicates that the total and dissolved uranium concentrations at
SW -BPL were below 30 µg/L.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
y&1&- 14. 475t --
Jim Harrington, Managing Director
COLORADO LEGACY LAND
Jim(@ColoradoLegacy.Land
Dan Arnold, Denver Water, 1 electronic copy via weblink, Daniel.ArnoldoDenverWater.ore
Eric Mink, CDPHE, 1 electronic copy via weblink, Eric.Mink(@state.co.us
Michael Cunningham, DRMS,1 electronic copy via weblink and 1 hard copy via FedEx,
Billy Ray, Ensero Solutions, 1 electronic copy, bray0ensero.com
PAGE l OF 2
