O. Box 467
Golden, CO 8040
RE; Coors Energy Gas Pipelines in the Vicinity
of Bromley Lakes Mine
Dear Mr. Spraguei
With this letter I would like to confirm our telephone
conversation of May 21, 1987.
As we discussed, Ready !Mixed Concrete Company desires to mime
sand and gravel from the property known as the Kroph Farms. This
property is along the South Platte River on the south and west
side of Brighton. Specifically it lies west of the extension of
Bromley Lane in Brighton.
Where raining occurs in the vicinity of your gas pipeline, we
propose to leave a 25 foot wide, flat, undisturbed area of around
along the pipeline. The ground will then slope at 3:1 Oowrs' into
the lake created by the mining. There will be a one lane road on
top of the bike which you may use as access along the gas
pipeline.
If the mining company determines that mining of the sand and
gravel under your pipeline is economically feasible, they will
relocate this pipeline. The mining operator will consult with
Coors Energy before any relocation occurs.
If this letter does not accurately reflect our conversation,
please call me and we can revise this letter.
Cordially,
TUTTLE APPLEGATE RINDAHL, INC.
Gary J.
