PUBLIC NOTICE
Langston Concrete Inc. ; P.O. Box 279, Florence, Colorado 81226 [phone],
has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation
Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under
provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
Construction Materials.
The proposed mine is known as the Langston Borrow Pit, and is located at or near
Section 17, Township 19, Range 69, West of the Prime Meridian.
The proposed commencement is December 1, 2020, and the proposed date of
completion is Jan 1, 2040. The proposed future use of the land is Residential.
