Rule: 2.03.4 Identification of Interests
2020 August DRMS: The information required by this Rule is located in Volume 1, Tab 3 the
Audication File, appendix 3-3, Ownership and Control. Portions of this information were
updated in 2015. DRMS finds this section of the permit adequate with the exception of the
following:
1. Applicant Operator contact information requires updating on page 4.
2. Please confirm to DRMS that the Resident Agent is coect.
3. Please confirm that the lists of Surface, Coal and Minerals Ownership etc, are up to date
(pages 5 through 14).
4. Please check Appendix 3-3, Ownership and Control for timeliness and submit any
changes as revised pages.
Rule: 2.03.5 Compliance Information
2020 August DRMS: The information required by this Rule is located in Volume 1, Tab 3
Appendix 3-6 of the Permit Application Package. DRMS finds this section of the permit
adequate with the exception of the following:
5. Please update page 16, heading: List of Violations to address the cuent permit term.
Compliance information was revised as per Succession of Operator (SO2) in 2015. No violations
have been issued since May 2011.
