Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Williams Fork; C1981044, operated by Moffat County <br /> Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin <br /> Reilley of the DRMS. Temperature was approximately 90 degrees F, skies were hazy due to <br /> wildfires and the air was clam. Roads into the site are in good repair with no ruts or standing <br /> water. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> o Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br /> o Technical Revision for stock tanks <br /> o Update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> o SL4 in process at DRMS <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br /> Approximatly 30 acres remain for seeding in spring 2020. There was no activity occuring at the <br /> site, nor had any activity occurred thus far during the 2020 field season due to COVID 19. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Mine site identification signs to the site from CO Road 13, were intact, displaying all <br /> required information: mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS permit <br /> number and contact information. <br /> o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />
