Transporting the <br />equipment over the road would be burdensome and expensive due to its size and weight. <br />18. In Section 16 of the Master Lease, Rhino Energy LLC agreed to return the Wintrust <br />Equipment to Wintrust (if requested to do so by Wintrust) or allow its premises to be used to store <br />the Wintrust Equipment, without liability, after an "Event of Default" occurs. <br />19. An "Event of Default" has occurred under the Lease Agreement. <br />20. Duplicates of the Lease Documents are Wintiust's records that were made at or <br />near the time of the execution of the Lease Documents and the delivery thereof to Wintrust. <br />Duplicates of the Lease Documents were made by someone with knowledge of the execution of <br />the Lease Documents. Execution of the Lease Documents and retention of duplicates thereof were <br />part of a regularly conducted activity of Wintrust. Duplicates of the Lease Documents are kept by <br />Wintrust in the course of its regularly conducted business activity. It was the normal and regular <br />practice of Wintrust to require execution and delivery of the Lease Documents as described above <br />and retain duplicates of the Lease Documents as part of its records relating to the lease transaction <br />with Rhino Energy LLC. <br />21.
