NO. 2361 <br />I, Paul Hallauer, declare as follows under penalty of perjury: <br />I am an Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Wintrust Commercial <br />Finance, a division of Wintrust Asset Finance Inc. ("Wintrust"), with an office at 3201 Dallas <br />Parkway, Suite 800, Frisco, Texas 75034. I am over 18 years of age, am competent to testify as a <br />witness, and have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein from personal participation and <br />from my review of certain business records referenced below. <br />2. I make this declaration in support of the Objection of Wintrust Finance to Sale <br />Motion [Dkt. No. 26] and Equipment Lease Cure Cost [Dkt.
