1.3 Success Standards <br />Revegetation success for Phase II evaluations will be assessed against performance standards <br />for 1) vegetative ground cover and 2) sedimentology. A summary of permit requirements applicable <br />to Phase II success evaluations is presented below [full explanation is detailed in permit Section <br />2.05.04]. The applicable state rules and regulations (CDRMS 2005) and guidelines would apply to <br />the performance criteria below. <br />1. Vegetative Ground Cover Standard <br />Revegetation will be deemed adequate if total vegetation cover at the reclaimed site is equal to <br />or greater than 90% of the technical standard of 53.04%. [permit Section 2.05.04 — Evaluation <br />of Reclamation Success and Rule 4.15.8 (3)(a). The success criteria for 2019 is 47.74% (90% of <br />53.04%). <br />2. Sedimentolog <br />Demonstration that completed revegetation and grading in the Phase II Bond Release Block has <br />achieved erosion control at least equal to pre -mining levels Rule 4.15.1 (2) (b). <br />2 <br />
