The proposed renewal will al- <br />low for continued mining and/or reclamation opera- <br />tions at the site. <br />The Yoast Mine is a/an surface operation located in <br />Routt County, approximately 7 miles Southwest of <br />Hayden, Colorado. Coal interest is federal, state <br />and private, and the surface to be affected is <br />federal, state and private land. The permit area en- <br />compasses approximately 2,318.30 acres. <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding that <br />the proposed operation will comply with all require- <br />ments of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- <br />mation Act, Section 34 33 101 at seq., C.R.S., and <br />the regulations promulgated thereunder. <br />A copy of the "Proposed Decision and Findings of <br />Compliance", including any stipulations, is on file <br />for public inspection at the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215 Cen- <br />tennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, and at the Routt County Clerk <br />and Recorder, P.O. Box 773598, Steamboat <br />Springs, CO 80477. Persons with an interest that <br />may be adverselv affected by the proposed deck <br />sion may request a formal hearing before the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board on the proposed <br />decision.
