<br /> %TIMEAS, on this 14th day of "rch A. D. 1921 a report of the viewers in the matter
<br /> of the Road Petition of T.Brewer et al coming on for hearing before the 'olyd of County
<br /> Commissioners, and all matters in connection with said proposed road, said t::e :?o_xri
<br /> considered the papers and all mateea in connection with the openin_ of said road, and the
<br /> evidence of the witnesses there present, and it appearing to the Board t;cat the petition
<br /> was duly signed by more than ten freeholders living within t*o miles of t:.❑ proposed road,-
<br /> viz:
<br /> Co.:.mencin�- at the northeast corner of section five (5) township three (3) south of
<br /> Range sixty-aeven (67) west; thence south on section line one (1) mile to t:.e nort::past
<br /> corner of section Eight (8) township three (3) south, Range Sixty-seven (67) we t of t-e
<br /> 6th P. m.
<br /> The one-half mile on the west side of the southwest quarter of section four (4)
<br /> toonship three (3) south, Range sixty-seven (67) west is now tin open road or twenty (20)
<br /> feet Street dedicated to the Public on the 3rd day of December 13€i5. The eccae bein:, tie
<br /> 2nd addition to Rose hill. `hat the closing of this road has worked a hardsmip to the
<br /> property owners facing it and damaged the value to their property.
<br /> The petition h-.wing been presented on December 2nd, 1920, and the Board appointed
<br /> viewers as follows:C.W.Swayze, Geo. S. iriegp and D.W. Irwin to view said propon d ;i;;itway
<br /> said
<br /> and thereafter legal notices of the viewing of the/proposed highway :iavin.; been duly posted
<br /> according to law, along the proposed highway, stating that said view would tare place on t e
<br /> lyth day of December at 10:00 o'clock A. M., and upon said day said road was i:y s:1id
<br /> viewers duly viewed and laid out and they assessed the damages and bcnefite to the owners
<br /> through whose land said highway passed except where the same was waived, and the benefits
<br /> were found in all cases to be Ngual or in excess of the damages. Said viewers reommaend-
<br /> ing t'.:e establishment of said highway and have returned their report to the County Co=_
<br /> missionere as required by law; therefore on motion
<br /> BE AIM IT IS V7RIMY ORD^R^D by this Board that said report be approved and said
<br /> road be estiblishad and ordered open according to law as a Public H'ghw;W, and t::at tree
<br /> (3) notices as provided by law, be posted along the line of said proposed
<br /> Said Hig'cnay to be known as County Road No...6�E-
