COLORADO LEGACY LAND
$CHWARTZWALDER MINE
EXHIBIT F. RECLAMATION PLAN MAP
A map showing the horizontal extents of the proposed affected lands is provided Figure F-1. Figure F-1
identifies two proposed affected land areas:
1. the Former Black Forest Mine and
2. the North Waste Rock Pile-Upland Area.
The Former Black Forest Mine is an underground mine, therefore impacts to surficial reclamation topography
are deâ–ºninimis. The North Waste Rock Pile-Upland Area is a 100-foot"buffer zone"upslope from a stormwater
diversion channel. This buffer zone may be utilized to more easily maneuver equipment or access the channel
for inspection purposes. Surficial impacts to this upland area are expected to be de minimis, however if
any surficial soils are disturbed, they shall be reseeded and reclaimed consistent with Technical
Revision 28. Colorado Legacy Land proposes to reclaim all affected lands and proposed affected lands in
Figure F-1 for wildlife habitat use. The proposed reclaimed topography for these affected lands is
consistent with the topography shown in Exhibit F of the 1983 Mine Reclamation Plan.
AUGUST 2020 33 AMENDMENT 5
