The application was submitted by Peabody Sage <br />Creek Mining, LLC on February 19, 2020 for the Peabody Sage Creek Mine. In accordance with <br />Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining, we are providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication <br />of the public notice by the Division in the Colorado Mountain News Media -Steamboat Pilot. <br /> <br />The underground mine is located approximately 9 miles Southeast of Hayden. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br /> <br />Township 5 North, Range 87 West, all or portions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, <br />15, 16, 21 and 22; Township 6 North, Range 87 West, all or portions of Sections 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, <br />34, 35 and 36 <br /> <br /> <br />Copies of the renewal application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above <br />address and at the Routt County Clerk and Recorder, 136 6th Street, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477. <br />A Copy of the Division's “Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance” is available at Routt <br />County Clerk and Recorder, P.O.
