Please be advised that on August 13, 2020, Washington County, whose address and telephone number are
11920 CR CC PO Box 32,Anton, CO 80801; [phone], filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface
mining and reclamation operation,at or near Section IS,Township 5S,Range 55W,06th Principle Meridian,
in Washington County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use.
The application decision date is scheduled for November 11,2020.
