DRMS — Rule 2.03.4: Please update as needed the officer and director <br />information provided in Appendix 3-1 if necessary. <br />SCC — Attached Appendix 3-1 has been revised to update the officers and <br />directors section of SCC's permit. <br />3. DRMS — Please review the maps in Exhibit 3 and 4 of the permit and update <br />related to section 2.03 as necessary to reflect any changes that may have <br />occurred. <br />SCC — No changes are necessary. <br />4. DRMS — Rule 2.03.5: There have been no violations issued from the division <br />since RN -07. Please review the information on page 3-4 (Tab 3) and update any <br />text if necessary. <br />SCC — Attached Permit page 3-3 and Table 3-2 have been updated to attest that <br />SCC has not had violations during the three years preceding the date of these <br />page revisions. <br />5. DRMS — Please review the right of entry information on page 3-4, and Table 3-3 <br />through 3-6 (Tab 3).
