The review <br /> included an investigation of any stipulations imposed, and any responses to existing stipulations <br /> received, since the last midterm review. Any stipulations associated with this permit and issued over <br /> the life of this operation which are not discussed in this renewal application have been complied with <br /> or terminated. <br /> As discussed in the Proposed Decision of this PR9 Findings Document, Stipulation 21 was deemed <br /> complied with as a result of this PR8 proposed decision. Stipulation 22 remains active (see <br /> information above). <br /> Enforcement Actions <br /> No enforcement actions have been issued since the last midterm review. <br /> The Review Process for PR9 <br /> o DRMS received TMI's application 15 March 2018. <br /> o DRMS found the application complete 22 March 2018. <br /> o TMI published its public notice weekly for four consecutive weeks beginning 4 April 2018 <br /> o Proof of publication was submitted by TMI to DRMS on 16 May 2018. <br /> o No objections or requests for informal conferences were received by DRMS during the <br /> public comment period. <br /> o The State Historical Preservation officer, through History Colorado,provided a letter to <br /> DRMS stating they had no objections to the application. <br /> o DRMS reviewed the application and sent TMI preliminary adequacy questions 18 May 2018. <br /> o DRMS received TMI's preliminary adequacy responses 7 September 2018. <br /> o As TMI's response to the preliminary adequacy regarding the Ash Pit did not satisfactorily <br /> addressed all DRMS's questions, a meeting with TMI staff was scheduled for 15 November <br /> 2018 to view the area in question and discuss specific issues. This meeting was held at the <br /> Trapper Mine and related adequacy issues were resolved. <br /> o A December 2018 and a February of 2019 (specifically requesting additional crossection <br /> maps for reclamation in L Pit)round of adequacy questions were sent to TMI along with <br /> DRMS's draft CIRCES evaluation. <br /> o DRMS received TMI's response to the December 2018 and February 2019 adequacy <br /> questions in April of 2019. <br /> 5 <br />
