Seneca Properties, LLC (SPL)has reviewed the preliminary adequacy for the Yoast RN5 and is providing
the following responses:
2.03.4 Identification of Interests
1. Applicant Operator contact information requires updating on pg 1.
a. Page 1 has been updated and included in the attached Tab 3 update.
2. Please confirm to DRMS that the Resident Agent is correct.
a. This information is correct.
3. Please confirm that the lists of Surface, Coal and Minerals Ownership etc, are up to date
(pages 3 through 11).
a. Pages 3,7 & 8 of Tab 3 have been updated and are included in the attached Tab 3
updated pages.
2.03.5 Compliance Information
4. Please update page 3-6.1 to address the current permit term.
a. Page 3-6.1 as well as page 13 have been updated and included in the attached Tab 3
updated pages.
b. Appendix 3-6 has been updated and attached to include the current permit term.
2.03.10 Identification of Licenses and Permits
5. Please check for any changes to this information and update with revised pages if necessary.
a. Page 14 was updated and included as part of the attached Tab 3 updated pages.

6. Tab 7-Appendix 7-7 Surface Water Quality Data Tabulations and Plots Part 1,Pages 7-7-82 and
7-7-108 were omitted in the appendix.Please provide the missing pages for Tab 7-Appendix 7-7.
