Please correct this <br /> discrepancy or clarify the apparent error. <br /> Newmont Response: <br /> CC&V has estimated that it will take approximately 6 years to complete the neutralization of VLF I. The <br /> discrepancy has been corrected in the updated Mining and Operations Management Plan provided in <br /> Attachment 8. <br />
