Below is a list of Rules that I was requested to review and a <br />summary of my findings. <br />Rule 2.04.3: General Reauirements: Site Descriation and Land Use Information <br />Potential adequacy issues are noted below. The information required by this rule is discussed in Tab <br />04. <br />On page 1 of Tab 4 the acreage quoted for the current mine permit is 3878.3 acres. On the renewal <br />application the acreage quoted for the mine permit area is 3878.5 acres, a difference of 0.2 acres. <br />On page 12, it is stated that Exhibit 4-1 covers 4,093 acres, should this exhibit be updated to reflect the <br />current mine permit acreage of 3878.5 acres? Note I could not find Exhibit 4-1 in the permit file. <br />Rule 2.04.4: Cultural and Historic Resource Information <br />No adequacy issues noted. The information required by this rule is discussed in Tab 05 and Tab 05 <br />Attachment 1, Addendum 1-4, Appendix 5-1. <br />Rule 2.04.5: General Description of Hydrology and Geology <br />No adequacy issues noted. The information required by this rule is discussed in Tab 06, pages 1 <br />through 5. <br />Rule 2.04.6: Geology Description <br />No adequacy issues noted.
