Mr. Mike McFarland accompanied the <br />inspection and represented GCC Energy. Covid-19 protocols were adhered to during the inspection and during the <br />records check. <br />The weather was clear. The mine had received summer monsoon rain eventsover the previous three days, Sunday, <br />Monday and Tuesday. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />A water truck was actively watering County Road 120 between the King lI mine entrance and the paved <br />portion of the county road, and watering the haul road at King IL No activity was occurring at King I area during <br />the inspection, so the water truck was not watering roads at King I at this time. <br />The "windows" have been installed in the stacker tubes. <br />At the time of the inspection no blowing dust was observed from the stacker tubes, the loading shoot or from truck <br />traffic on the haul road. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Mine records were checked in the office. Jordan was unavailable, but mine personnel provided access to <br />Jordan McCourt's office where the records are kept and maintained. Several items were not readily located. Joel <br />Riggins located the missing items and provided copies to the inspector. The Availability of Records form <br />accompanies this inspection report. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The mine had received summer monsoon rains the preceding several days. Joel Riggins provided the <br />precipitation measurements to the inspector from a rain gauge on site.
