Wein <br /> <br />RE: Lyster Pit - File No. M-2008-009, Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-1) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on August 5, 2020, Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies, whose address <br />and telephone number are 2273 River Road, Grand Junction, CO 81505; (970) 243-4900, filed an <br />application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 1) to M2008009, Lyster Pit, which is located <br />approximately 4 miles South of Craig, Section 8, Township 6N, Range 90W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Moffat County. <br /> <br />Acrage reduction request of 37.1 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for October 5, 2020.
