<br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company Exhibit U <br />Cresson Project Amendment 13 <br /> 18 <br />13 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE INFORMATION <br />Construction on VLF2 Phase 3 is expected to commence during the second quarter of 2021. As <br />with other VLFs at CC&V, VLF2 Phase 3 may be constructed in stages or “phases”. The schedule <br />of construction is influenced by weather conditions, contractor availability and funding <br />considerations. CC&V will update the DRMS with anticipated construction schedules as they <br />become available.
