Washington County will be extracting gravel from <br /> the Nelson property located off of Washington County Road H and County Road 3. The gravel <br /> pit is located on the South East Quarter if Section 18 Township 5 South,Range 55 West. <br /> Your property is an adjacent property located on County Road 3, sharing a fence in <br /> tandem with the Nelson property. Washington County will be extracting gravel within two <br /> hundred (200) feet from the fence line and will repair any damage to the fence, or along this <br /> fence line should any damage occur during the extraction process. <br /> This letter constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the <br /> subject matter contained herein and supersedes any verbal understandings and prior agreements <br /> between the parties hereto. No alterations, modifications, or revisions to this agreement shall <br /> be binding on either party unless in writing and signed by both parties. <br /> This agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the <br /> State of Colorado. <br /> Please sign both copies. One copy will be for your records. Please return the second <br /> notarized copy of this letter via the prepaid envelope to signify your understanding of <br /> Washington County's limited liability at your earliest convenience. <br />
