Cell 4 was filled with water in February 2018, all other mining <br /> cells have been filled with water for at least 6 years prior. Included with this letter is <br /> a copy of the Annual Report Maps for 2012 and 2018 that show progression of <br /> mining and reclamation adjacent to the pipelines.. <br /> Because the site has had no excavation, no construction, and no changes to the <br /> hydrology that would impact the gas lines for over 2 years, we see no reason or <br /> justification for additional monitoring. <br /> If you have any questions or require additional information regarding this request, <br /> please advise. <br /> <Sincerely, <br /> Stephanie Fancher-English <br /> Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. <br />
