Erosion Control Training: <br /> All employees working on this jobsite have attended and successfully completed a 6- <br /> hour orientation course through Scott Contracting on Safety Procedures and Erosion <br /> Control awareness. Topics covered, among other things, included: BMP identification, <br /> Respect for Installed BMPs and Immediate Notification to Superintendent of Damaged <br /> BMPs. <br /> In addition to the reporting requirements of the paragraph above, Scott Contracting, <br /> Inc. shall notify CDOT in the event of any discharge, spill or overflow to the <br /> environment: <br /> Prepared by: <br /> Scott Contracting, Inc. <br /> Signature Date <br /> Approved by: <br /> CDOT <br /> Signature Date <br /> By authorized signature below, Scott Contracting, Inc., hereinafter referred to as 'the <br /> Contractor', hereby certifies that this Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures <br /> Plan (Plan) complies with and meets applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, <br /> regulations and guidelines governing safety, health and sanitation, including but not <br /> limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1926, Mine <br /> Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Title 30 CFR, the "Colorado Work Zone Best <br /> Practices Safety Guide", national consensus standards, the Drug-Free Workplace Act <br /> (Public Law 100-690 Title V, subtitle D, 41 USC 701 et seq.) and the Colorado <br /> Department of Public Health and Environment.
