We assessed the concerns raised in the Adequacy Review, as <br /> well as the submissions to DRMS, and below have provided responses to each the specific <br /> issues raised therein. <br /> Responses to Issues Raised in March 27, 2020 Letter <br /> 1 . General Requirements <br /> a. Copies of all new, updated notices are attached to this letter as Exhibit <br /> A. <br /> 2. Exhibit D - Mining Plan; Rule 6.4.4 <br /> a. The tailwater ditch will be re-routed along the eastern and northern <br /> boundaries of the property, within the boundary line. The proposed <br /> location, along with a cross-section of the rerouted ditch, is further <br /> detailed on the updated drawings depicted in Exhibit B. The rerouted <br /> ditch will be lined after construction to ensure no oversaturation occurs <br /> in or around the new tailwater ditch path. Additionally, the attached <br /> wetlands report prepared by SGM (Exhibit C) addresses the size and depth <br /> of the hydrologic cone of the depression that will be created by <br /> 9200 EAST MINERAL AVE.,SUITE AOO <br />
