evidence of leakage observed at the time of inspection. Vegetation was well established on banks and a
number of Fulica Americana (American coot), were present.
o Pond I IA in parcel 6 held water and was stable at the time of inspection.
o Pond 12 in parcel 74 was discharging at the time of inspection.
o Pond 12A was discharging at the time of inspection.
o Pond 13 parcel 17 was not discharging and appeared stable at the time of inspection
o Pond 14 parcel 62 was not discharging at the time of inspection and banks were well vegetated
and stable at the time of inspection.
The following drainages:
YPM13, (parcels 6 and 88), YPM20 (parcels 66, 67 and 68), YPM7, YPM6-3 (parcel 85),
YPM6-2 (parcel 78), and YPM3-2A (parcel 97), were walked and for the most part found well
armored and stable with established vegetation on banks and grasses taking hold in the channel.
