The <br />inspection comprised a partial phase II and III bond release (SL6) inspection as well as a partial phase <br />III request (SL6). The weather was clear with temperatures ranging from 65 to 85 degrees F. The <br />ground was dry. Present at the inspection were; Miranda Kawcak of Seneca Coal Co; Christine Belka <br />with the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) Ana Lash, Hayden Library Director and Christine Epp of the <br />Hayden Library Board; and myself, Robin Reilley with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety (DBMS). The inspection was conducted, the images and report prepared by me, <br />Robin Reilley of the DBMS. The site was dry with established vegetation. Grasshoppers swarmed in <br />several notably dry areas across the site. <br />INSPECTION.• <br />Maintenance Items <br />The following numbered adequacy items below indicate issues to be resolved before the proposal of a <br />release decision by the Division. <br />1. Library board requested that fencing around library property be repaired and installed where <br />necessary. <br />2. Damaged and partially clogged culvert providing drainage into T5 requires repair and <br />cleaning out (photo below). <br />3. Significant rill in constructed drainage below Stock Tank 5 (photo below). <br />4. Metal debris from a GPS ground control point in parcel 38 should be removed. <br />5. Unsecured netting at top of surge tank in parcel 137 between shrub plot and above Pond 17 <br />should be removed for the safety of wildlife. <br />6.
