21 July 2020 C-1994-082/Seneca II W Mine RAR <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS <br />The first parcels inspected comprised the library parcle (10) and Stock Tanks 3, seeded between 1990 <br />Nearby in parcel 38 tposts for containing grazing were noted as was a metal control point for aerial <br />reconissance. Proceeding east into parcels 61 a partially clogged culvert was noted, here we viewed <br />downslope into parcels 13, 14 and 93. <br />Proceeding along the haul road comprising <br />parcels 70, 73, 88, 94, 95 and others to the south, <br />dominant vegetation comprised a mixture of <br />Artemisia, and various grasses. <br />Next, the SL6 phase II/III block of parcels (68, <br />140, 143, 154, etc.) were walked. No issues were <br />identified. Stock tanks and constructed drainages <br />were functioning adequately. Desirable species of <br />Artemisia, Symphoricarpos, Leymus and <br />Grindelia and various grasses and forbs <br />comprised the primary cover material. <br />We then looped north along the ridge and <br />descended into the parcels in the northern portion <br />of the bond release block comprising the phase III <br />parcels for the SL6 request. Vegetation in these <br />parcels was well established comprising grasses, <br />forbs and shrubs indicative of the seed mix <br />Photo 9: Constructed drainage 006E1 in parcel 14. provided in the permit document. <br />Vegetation comprised a diversity of species apropos to the seed mixture and constructed drainages were <br />in good condition and functioning appropriately. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />
