EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN
Materials Handling
Accessible final topography will be graded with properly equipment; back fill with overburden
lower three benches (1-6730 to L6790); back fill L6730 will start by 2025 and will end L6790
by 2032, overburden will be hauled and dumped per benches, a dozer will push berms and
compact it from south to north as mining sequence is executed. Exhibit F, shows crest and
toes by lower three benches.
North East wall (region 1 - Upper) per geotechnical assessment will have bench slope at
650, 20ft berms and 30ft high safety wise and such as control erosion. Push back is planned
by 2021 through 2023; concurrent reclamation on this area should start by 2024 or 2025.
Titanium Hill should start to produce by 2023, after initial pre mining stage is performed
removing overburden at the top of the hill.
Water
Due to lack of surface water on the affected land or in close proximity to the affected land,
deep water table, and high permeability of soils and mine spoils, mining will have no
measurable effect on the water resources of the surrounding areas.
Wildlife
In consultation with the local wildlife office, a goal of the reclamation plan will be to involve
improvement of wildlife habitat.
Topsoiling and Revegetation
Topsoil stockpiles are stored to minimize erosion; within our actual permit there is not much
room to execute concurrent reclamation; overburden and mining areas are active. We will
contact Natural Resource Conservation Service to update seed mix and planting rates
